Douglas Robertson, TRG Attorney
Doug Robertson provides business consulting and sophisticated business and technology legal services to The Robertson Group’s clients through his private law practice in Portland, Oregon.
Over the past 30 years Doug has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for Hyster Credit Corporation, PacifiCorp Financial Services, In Focus Systems Corporation, and Lightware Corporation. He was also the President of eyeMotiv Corporation, acting General Counsel to WebTrends, a subsidiary of Net IQ Corporation, and a partner in the Northwest law firm of Lane, Powell, P.C.
Doug holds a Juris Doctorate, a Masters Degree majoring in Business Administration, and an undergraduate degree majoring in Political Science. He is licensed to practice in all Oregon courts, all U.S. Courts and has been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ann Blaker, Grant-Writing Consultant
Ann Blaker helps many of TRG's clients prepare grant proposals to obtain funds for their EHR projects. She brings a multi-faceted perspective to grant writing and consulting, drawing on her experience as Executive Director and Medical Affairs Director with the American Cancer Society in Oregon, Executive Director of the Community Housing Resource Center in Washington, and with the State of Oregon.
Recent clients of Capacity Builders include the Essential Health Clinic, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Rinehart Clinic, American Lung Association, Housing Development Corporation, and the Community Housing Resource Center. Ann has personally prepared grant and sponsorship applications resulting in resources for expansion of programs or addition of staff to increase the capacity of these organizations.
