Effective, practical solutions to help you

Our Clients

The Robertson Group (TRG) partners with small to medium medical practices, independent physician associations, and other medical groups through all phases of the Electronic Health Record (EHR)adoption and maintenance process.

Recent client collaborations include:

Acumentra Health. As EHR implementation advisors, TRG supports Acumentra Health with their federally funded initiative to bring EHR adoption to over 42 small to medium medical practices throughout Oregon via the Medicare and Medicaid funded Doctor Office Quality IT (DOQ-IT) program.

Central Oregon Independent Practice Association (COIPA) and Central Oregon Electronic Medical Records (COEMR). TRG has partnered with COIPA and their wholly-owned electronic medical records subsidiary, COEMR, to provide EHR expertise to this newly formed EHR Value-Added-Reseller in central Oregon. TRG has provided insight and experience for COEMR throughout the EHR process — business planning, vendor selection, implementation planning, benefit realization and grant funding.

Kaiser Permanente – Georgia Region. TRG assisted this large HMO in Georgia, with the design, development and implementation of a patient portal for their over 250,000 health plan members.

Mid Rogue Independent Physicians’ Association (MRIPA). MRIPA, an IPA with 100 shareholders, made a strategic decision to bring a community record to their community and their physician shareholders. They retained TRG as full partners in the process from strategic and business planning, through EHR vendor selection and the development of an IPA business and technology infrastructure to reach their community vision.

Northwest Cancer Specialists. This is an example of TRG’s complementing services. Northwest Cancer Specialists needed pharmacy expertise to evaluate their pharmacy operations in advance of the implementation of the EHR. TRG's experienced pharmacist consultants provided that expertise and a detailed plan of action.

Oregon Community Health Information Network (OCHIN). TRG tailored its services to fit the unique needs of this client. OCHIN is a non-profit organization that provides practice management and EHR tools to the safety net clinics throughout Oregon. TRG provided a senior consultant, experienced with helping leadership groups come to consensus, to facilitate the design, build and validation processes over an eight month period.
